Booked vs Vagaro
Vagaro sells scheduling, payroll, inventory, memberships and marketing, and it charges for each bookable calendar, up to a cap. Booked charges a flat price per shop. Starter covers one staff member. Pro covers any number of staff at the same plan price.

- You want scheduling, payroll, inventory, memberships and marketing in one system.
- You have one bookable person, so a price per person is a single charge.
- You use their classes or memberships.
Choose Booked when
- You are adding staff and you do not want a software charge per person.
- You want email reminders included, and text reminders as a separate add-on.
Questions
- Does Booked charge per staff member?
- No. Starter includes one staff member. Pro includes unlimited staff for one plan price. Moving from one staff member to more is a plan change, not a charge per person.
- Can Booked do payroll or inventory?
- No. Payroll and inventory are not in Booked. If you need them in one system, Vagaro offers them.
