Add your Booked booking link to Google

Copy your location’s booking link and add it to your Google Business Profile. You make the change in Google.

Customers can open your Booked booking page from your Google Business Profile on Search or Maps. You add the link in Google; Booked does not change your profile for you.

Copy the right location’s link

Open Shop page → Get booked from Google in Booked. Check the selected location, then choose Copy Google link. The address includes src=google so bookings started from it can be counted under Analytics.

Open the booking page to check your services and times before sharing it. The card uses the explicit brand/location address where available, so adding another location later keeps this published link pointing at the same shop.

Add the link in Google Search

  1. Open your Business Profile using an account that manages it.
  2. Select Booking, then Add link. If links already exist, select Add another link.
  3. Paste the address copied from Booked.
  4. Select Save in Google.

In Google Maps, select Edit profile, then Booking, before adding the link. If your profile does not offer the expected option, use Google’s current link guidance.

Record completion in Booked

After saving in Google, choose Mark link as added in Booked. This records your own setup status; it does not verify the link with Google. Choose View setup whenever you need the address or instructions again. Mark as not added clears the Booked status without changing Google.

Google supports up to ten links per category and lets you choose a preferred link when you have several. Local business links cannot be added through the Business Profile API or a spreadsheet. The profile link is separate from a Reserve with Google partner integration.
