Service categories and how they show on your page
Categories group services under a header. Skip them if you have fewer than five services.
A category is a short label—Haircuts, Beard, Color, Extras—that groups related services on your public page.
When to use them
- Skip if you have fewer than five services. A single flat list is faster to scan.
- Use if the list is long enough that a customer has to scroll. Categories collapse the visual weight.
- Use if you offer distinctly different service families (haircuts and tattoos, for example).
Steps
- Open Dashboard → Services.
- Click Manage categories.
- Add categories. Reorder by dragging.
- Open each service and assign it a category.
What customers see
- Services with the same category render under one header on the public page.
- Services with no category fall into a default Services section at the top.
- Empty categories are hidden.
Order matters—the first category on your list is the first section on your page.
