Downgrade from Pro to Starter
Effective at the end of the current cycle. Some data — extra staff, CRM history — is hidden, not deleted.
Downgrades are scheduled, not immediate. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period, then the plan flips to Starter and Pro-only features hide.
Steps
- Open Dashboard → Billing.
- Click Manage in Stripe → Switch plan → Starter.
- Confirm.
The billing panel shows Pro until <date>, then Starter.
What happens at the switch
