Yearly billing is the default, and on every plan and add-on it is 10× monthly (two months free, ~16.7% off). An add-on always bills on the same cadence as the plan it sits on.
The free trial
Every new shop starts on a 14-day free trial with full Pro features — unlimited staff, customer history, deposits and SMS — with no card required. You are not on Starter during the trial; you are on Pro.
One limit applies during the trial: SMS is capped at 25 messages, not the 500 a paid SMS add-on gets. Texts cost real money to send, and the cap is what lets us offer the trial without a card. Everything else is the full Pro plan.
When the trial ends, a shop with no subscription falls back to Starter features. Nothing is deleted — staff beyond the first and your customer history are still there, they are just not usable until you subscribe.
Which plan for which shop
- Solo shop, no chemical services, no repeat clientele you want to track. Starter.
- Any multi-chair shop. Pro. The unlimited-staff line pays for itself.
- High-value services (color, tattoo, wedding hair). Pro plus deposits. The 2.75% is cheaper than one canceled color job.
- You already lose no-shows to bad reminders. Pro plus SMS. Text reminders lift confirmation rates significantly over email alone.
Not on any plan
- Per-booking fees. You never pay us for a booking.
- Setup fee. You never pay us to onboard.
- SMS overage fees. If you hit 500 messages in a cycle, we pause SMS and prompt a top-up. You never wake up to a bill for extra texts.
