Upgrade from Starter to Pro

One click. Prorated for the remainder of the cycle. Unlocks staff, CRM, deposits, and SMS eligibility immediately.

Upgrades are instant. Stripe prorates the difference between what you've paid on Starter and what Pro costs for the rest of the cycle.

Steps

1. Open Dashboard → Billing.
2. Click Upgrade to Pro.
3. Confirm.

You're on Pro before the modal closes. New capabilities light up:

• Add a second staff member.
• The Customers tab starts building a CRM row per booking going forward.
• Deposits become available on Profile → Deposits (verify Stripe first).
• The SMS add-on becomes purchasable from Billing.

Proration example

If you paid $9 on the 1st and upgrade on the 16th (halfway through a 30-day cycle), Stripe credits you $4.50 for the unused Starter half and charges $9.50 to cover the Pro half. Next month you're billed the full $19 on the 1st.

Switching from monthly to yearly

Yearly is 10× monthly (two months free). You can switch interval on the same screen if your subscription is the plan on its own — Stripe cannot change one that also carries the SMS add-on or extra locations, so email support@booked.co and we will do it for you.
