Can I export my customers?

Yes. CSV of every customer row, downloaded from the customer list. Take it with you if you ever leave.

Your customer list is yours. Dashboard → Customers → Export CSV downloads a file with every row you have permission to see.

What's in the file

• Name, email, phone
• First and last visit dates
• Total visits, no-show count
• Tags (semicolon-separated in one column)
• Notes (semicolon-separated, one line per note)

What's not

• Booking history line-by-line. Export that separately from Dashboard → Calendar → Export bookings.
• Deposits and payment records. Those live in your Stripe dashboard.

Why you might export

• Migrating away from Booked. We're not offended; the file is complete.
• Sending a mail merge from your own email tool.
• Archiving before a rebrand or handover.

Exports are point-in-time. Re-run the export whenever you need fresh data.
