Import your customer list
CSV in, deduped rows out. Booked reads exports from Square, Booksy, Vagaro, Fresha, GlossGenius, Acuity, and Schedulicity.
Dashboard → Import takes a CSV and turns it into customer rows (and optionally services and staff). Bring your list over in about 15 minutes.

Steps
- Export from the old platform (links above).
- Open Dashboard → Import.
- Pick the source. We show a preview of the first few rows and flag any columns we can't map.
- Confirm. We create customer rows and skip duplicates by email, then by phone.
What comes in
- Customers. Name, email, phone. Notes and tags do not travel between platforms.
- Services. Name, duration, price.
- Staff. Name and role.
What doesn't
- Booking history from the old platform. Booked's customer profile starts fresh; the old system is your archive.
- Photos, memberships, gift cards, package balances.
- Payment methods on file. Deposits require the customer to re-enter a card on their next booking.
