Book again with an assistant
An assistant can book your next visit from visits you have already had. The visit is booked only after the deposit is paid.
A connected assistant can book your next visit from visits you have already had.
With no service named, it uses the shop from your most recent visit, then the service and person you booked most often there. If you name a service you have had, it uses the shop where you had that service most often. A tie goes to the shop you visited more recently.
It looks four weeks ahead and offers up to four times on your usual weekday, at the time you book most often. If a time is taken, the shop is closed, or that person is away, it tries the next one. It does not switch to a different person. If none of those times are open, nothing is booked. If you have no past visits, it does not pick a shop for you.
The visit is booked only after the deposit is paid. A retry does not charge you for the following week when that visit is already booked.
The shop owner chooses whether an assistant may charge the card you saved there. That choice starts off. Until the shop turns it on and sets a maximum for one booking, the card is not charged. When no maximum is set, the charge is refused and no Booked page opens.
The charge uses the card you saved at that shop, and only if the deposit is within the maximum. Above the maximum, the card is not charged and no payment page opens. The visit is not booked. With no saved card at that shop, or with an expired card, the card is not charged and no payment page opens.
If your bank asks you to confirm, or the card is declined, you pay on a Booked page. Booked cancels the first attempt before opening that page. If that attempt cannot be canceled, no page opens. A charge that is still processing is not a failure: the visit is confirmed when the payment finishes, and the assistant is told to wait.
On My bookings, open Connected assistants and choose Revoke. That assistant can no longer book or charge for you.
