Every shop on Booked lives at a memorable URL. Here is how to find yours.
Every shop on Booked lives at its own URL in the format booked.co/<shop-name>. Ask the shop for the exact link, or check their Instagram bio, Google Business profile, or a text they have sent you.
What the URL looks like

A shop with more than one location adds the location to the end, so booked.co/kings-cuts/downtown and booked.co/kings-cuts/eastside are two branches of the same business, each with its own address, staff and hours. The short link without a location shows you the branches to choose from.
There is no central Booked directory. Booked is the booking software the shop uses, not a marketplace. If you cannot find the shop, the fastest fix is to ask them for the link directly.
If the link gives you a "page not found"
The address is wrong, or the shop has changed it. Booked does not forward an old URL to a new one, so a card, sticker or QR code printed before a rename stops working the day the shop renames. Check for a typo first, then ask the shop for the current link.
A missing page is never a sign your booking was lost. Bookings are found through the link in your confirmation, which is a different address and keeps working regardless.
What you will see
The shop's page shows their services, staff, opening hours, and available time slots. You do not need an account to book. You do not need a card unless the shop requires a deposit.
There is nothing to install. The page is an ordinary web page and works in whatever browser you already use. If you book with the same shop often, add it to your home screen or bookmarks — that is the whole of what an app would have given you.
