Do I need an account to book?

No. Booked never asks customers to sign up.

No. Booked does not have customer accounts. You book as a guest with your name and either an email or a phone number.

The shop keeps your contact details in their own customer list so they can send confirmations, reminders, and updates. That list belongs to the shop, not to a marketplace.
