Ask a shop to delete your data

Send the shop a deletion request. They must action it under GDPR and CCPA.

Your customer record is held by the shop, so deletion requests go to the shop, not to Booked.

How to request deletion

1. Email or call the shop and ask them to delete your customer record and appointment history.
2. Keep a copy of the request. A short email is fine.
3. The shop has 30 days under GDPR and 45 days under CCPA to comply.

What Booked does independently

Booked keeps minimal operational logs (delivery status, IP hashes, error traces) to run the service. These are anonymized at write and purged on a rolling window. If you want Booked to purge everything associated with you across every shop that uses the platform, email privacy@booked.co from the address you booked with.
