No times available: what to do
A blank calendar usually means the shop is full, not broken.
If the calendar on a shop's page shows no available slots, one of the following is true:
- Fully booked. The staff and services you chose are booked solid in the visible window.
- Staff is off. Every staff member who offers that service is on time-off or outside their working hours.
- Service is paused. The shop has temporarily disabled the service you chose.
What to try
- Look further ahead. Use the date picker to move a week or two out.
- Change staff or service. A different combination may open up nearby slots.
- Join the waitlist, if the shop runs classes. A group session that has sold out stays on the page marked FULL — tap it to leave your name, and we will message you if a place opens. See Join a waitlist.
- For one-to-one appointments, ask the shop. A booked-out appointment slot simply disappears rather than showing as full, so there is nothing to tap. Many shops keep an informal list and will text you.
