Join a waitlist for a full class
A sold-out class stays on the page marked FULL. Leave your name and we will message you if a place opens.
Some shops run group sessions — a class, a workshop, a group fitness slot —
where several people book the same time. When every place is taken, the time
does not disappear. It stays on the booking page marked FULL.
Tap it and you can leave your name to be told if a place opens.
What you need to give
Your name, and either an email address or a phone number. One is enough — pick
whichever you would rather we used. If you give both, we may use both.
What happens next
We check every five minutes. If someone cancels, moves to another time, or the
shop adds a place, you get a message straight away.
The important part: nothing is held for you
A freed place is not reserved. Everyone waiting for that session is told at
the same moment, and whoever books first gets it.
So when the message arrives, book quickly. We would rather tell you this plainly
than let you assume the place is yours and lose it.
Leaving the list
Every message we send has a link that takes you off that waitlist. No account,
no password, one tap.
You can also just ignore it. Once the session has been and gone, the entry
clears itself and you will not hear about it again.
Things worth knowing
- It is per session. Joining the list for Tuesday at 10:00 says nothing
about Thursday. Join each one you would take.
- Joining twice does nothing. If you sign up again with the same email or
phone, you keep your original place in the queue rather than getting a second
one.
- It is not a booking. A waitlist entry never turns into an appointment on
its own, and nothing is charged. If the class takes a deposit, you pay it when
you book, exactly as normal.
- One-to-one appointments do not have this. A booked-out appointment slot
disappears from the page instead of showing as full, so there is nothing to
join. Ask the shop directly.
