SMS costs and limits

$5 for 500 messages a month. Top-up packs available if you run out.

The SMS add-on gives Pro shops 500 SMS reminders per billing cycle for $5/month, or $50 a year. That is roughly 250 bookings a month with both a confirmation and a reminder each.

When you exceed the cap

Once the cap is reached, SMS reminders pause automatically for the rest of the cycle. Email reminders continue uninterrupted. The next cycle resets the cap.

Top-up packs

Pro shops with the SMS add-on can buy one-time credit packs:

• 1,000 credit pack
• 2,000 credit pack

Live pricing for the packs is shown on the Billing page in your dashboard. Credits from a top-up carry over between cycles and are consumed after the monthly allowance is used.

What counts as one message

One recipient, one segment (up to ~160 GSM-7 characters). Longer messages that segment into two SMS count as two credits.
