Turn on deposits
Charge a percent of the service at booking. Pro plan and a verified Stripe account required.
Deposits reduce no-shows because the customer has money on the line. Booked charges a percent (you pick) or the full amount at booking. Payouts land in your bank on a two-day rolling schedule.

Choose a mode
- Off. No card at booking (default for Starter and new Pro shops).
- Deposit. Charge a percent at booking. Default is 25%. The balance is due in-shop.
- Full. Charge the entire service price at booking. Useful for high-value chemical work or online consultations.
Fee
Flat 2.75%. No per-transaction cents, no separate platform fee.
Steps
- Open Dashboard → Profile → Deposits.
- Click Verify business if you haven't. Stripe walks you through ID, bank, and business details. Approval is usually same-day.
- Once Stripe approves, switch Deposit on and pick a percent (10 to 100).
- Save.
New public bookings will show the deposit amount before the customer confirms. Existing bookings on the calendar are untouched.
