How many staff members can I have?
Starter is one. Pro is unlimited. That's the whole rule.

What counts as a staff member
Anyone who takes bookings against their name. A receptionist who doesn't offer services isn't billed—leave their Services empty.
Hitting the Starter cap
If you're on Starter and try to add a second staff member, the save button prompts an upgrade. You can also upgrade first from Dashboard → Billing → Upgrade—the second staff row becomes available immediately.
Downgrading Pro → Starter with multiple staff
If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, we don't delete your other staff members. They stay on your calendar for existing bookings, but they're hidden from the public page until you either remove them or upgrade back to Pro.
