Cancel your appointment
Cancel from the same link that confirmed the booking. Deposit rules depend on the shop.
Open the link in your confirmation email or SMS and choose Cancel. The slot is released immediately and the shop is notified.
Deposit refunds
The shop sets the refund rule at the service level:

| Fully refundable | Deposit returned to your original payment method |
| Refundable until cutoff | Refunded before the cutoff, kept after |
| Non-refundable | Deposit kept regardless of when you cancel |
The rule that applies to your booking is shown on the cancel screen before you confirm.
If the cancel link no longer works
Call the shop. Cancellations inside the shop's cutoff usually need to be handled by staff so they can offer the slot to someone else.
