Reschedule your appointment
Open your confirmation, pick a new time, done. Cutoffs are set by the shop.
Every confirmation email and SMS contains a link back to your booking. Open it and choose Reschedule to pick a new time.
When you can reschedule
Shops set their own cutoff. Common cutoffs are:
| Cutoff | What it means |
|---|---|
| Any time | Reschedule right up to the start time |
| 24 hours before | The link stops working inside the last 24 hours |
| 2 hours before | The link stops working inside the last 2 hours |
If the reschedule window has closed, the link will tell you and give you the shop's phone number. Call the shop directly.
What happens next
The old slot is released. The new slot is confirmed. You get a fresh confirmation. Any deposit you paid follows the booking to the new time; it is not charged again.
