Change your email or phone number

Ask the shop to update your customer record. You cannot edit it yourself.

Because Booked does not have customer accounts, there is no self-serve profile to edit. Your contact details live in the shop's customer list.

To update them:

1. Call, text, or email the shop. Tell them the old contact and the new one.
2. Book your next appointment with the new contact. From that point on, confirmations, reminders, and reschedule links go to the new address.

If you switch phone numbers and want the same shop to keep texting you, tell them before you book again—otherwise the shop's system may create a new customer record for the new number and lose your visit history.
