• What notifications you will get — Booked sends a small, fixed set of messages tied to your appointment. No marketing.
• Stop receiving SMS from Booked — Reply STOP to any SMS. Opt-out is instant and applies to that shop.
• Stop receiving emails from a shop — Use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email.
• Change your email or phone number — Ask the shop to update your customer record. You cannot edit it yourself.
• Who can see your data — Only the shop you booked with, plus the specific vendors Booked uses to deliver messages.
• Ask a shop to delete your data — Send the shop a deletion request. They must action it under GDPR and CCPA.
• SMS charges and rates — Standard message and data rates from your carrier. Booked does not add a fee.
• Report a problem with a shop — Booked is the software the shop uses. For service issues talk to the shop; for platform abuse tell Booked.
