Who can see your data
Only the shop you booked with, plus the specific vendors Booked uses to deliver messages.
Your name, contact details, and appointment history are visible only to the shop you booked with. Booked's staff do not read shop customer lists as a matter of course.

Booked does not sell customer data. Booked does not send you marketing on behalf of shops you have not booked with. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
What "the shop" means
Everyone the owner has added as staff, at the permission level the owner gave them. A stylist can see the bookings and the customers of the shop they work in. Staff at a different shop cannot, even if the same person works at both, because the two shops are separate businesses with separate lists.
A shop with several locations under one brand is one business, so its customer list is shared across the locations.
What your card details do not touch
Nothing above receives your card number except Stripe, and Stripe collects it on its own page. It never passes through Booked's servers and never reaches the shop. What the shop sees is the amount, the last four digits and whether it succeeded.
Shops booked with separately stay separate
There is no profile of you that spans businesses. Booking with two shops that both use Booked creates two unrelated records, and neither shop can see the other's.
Asking for it back or gone
Deletion requests go to the shop, since the shop holds the record. See Ask a shop to delete your data.
