Your customers and their history are yours. Export anytime, no lock-in.

Every record you create in Booked is yours. Booked does not license, rent, or resell customer lists. The company you are is the one your customers see; there is no marketplace layer between you.

What "yours" means concretely

• Export at will. Customers, bookings, and services can be exported to CSV from the dashboard. See Import and export customers.
• Take your URL when you leave. If you cancel and want to redirect booked.co/<slug> to a successor page for a while, ask support.
• Portable identifiers. Customer records are keyed on email and phone, which port cleanly to any other booking tool.

What Booked keeps for its own use

Operational logs—delivery status, error traces, aggregate usage—kept anonymized on a rolling window for reliability and abuse prevention. Booked does not read customer contact details or notes as a matter of course; access is restricted, logged, and audited.
