Booked is built for the independent operator. If any two of the following are true, you are the target user:

• One shop, one to a dozen chairs.
• You take appointments online today via Instagram DMs, calls, or a general-purpose tool that you tolerate rather than like.
• You want a fair monthly price and no per-booking cut.
• You care about how your booking page looks to your customers.

Who Booked is not for

• Multi-location chains with cross-location scheduling and inventory needs—a bigger platform will serve you better.
• Full-service medspa or clinical practice requiring EHR, insurance billing, or state-regulated intake forms.
• Class-based fitness studios that need capacity per class and package-based billing—a class-management platform is a closer fit.
