What happens if I cancel
Access ends at cycle end. Data is retained for 30 days, then purged.
Canceling is one click in the Stripe customer portal. What happens next:

| End of paid cycle | Dashboard access is paused; the public page returns a "temporarily unavailable" message. |
| Days 1–30 after cycle end | Data is retained. Resubscribing brings everything back exactly. |
| Day 30 | Data is purged, per the Privacy Policy. |
Export first if you plan to leave for good. Customers, bookings, and services all export to CSV from the dashboard.
If you cancel by mistake, resubscribe within 30 days from the same account email and no data is lost.
