Starter vs Pro: which plan fits
Choose by staff count and whether you need customer history.
Pick Starter if you are a solo operator. Pick Pro the moment you add a second chair or need to see who your regulars are.

The line between them, in one sentence
Starter runs one person's diary. Pro runs a business: several diaries that must not collide, a customer list with history behind it, and money taken at the point of booking.
What both plans include
The public booking page, unlimited bookings and services, the calendar with buffers and time off, email confirmations and reminders, CSV import, and the installable phone app. None of that is held back — the difference is staff, customers, payments and locations, not the core of taking a booking.
Starting on the cheaper one
You can start on Starter and upgrade to Pro at any time without losing data. Nothing is re-entered and no booking is disturbed; the upgrade changes what the dashboard will let you do, not what is in it.
Downgrading later is also allowed, subject to the Starter plan's one-staff limit — see Downgrade from Pro to Starter.
If you are genuinely unsure
Take Starter monthly. It is $9, it cancels in two clicks, and the one thing you cannot learn from a comparison table is whether a second chair is coming.
The trial follows your choice
The 14 free days you get at sign-up run on the plan you picked. Click Pro here and the fortnight is a Pro fortnight — deposits, unlimited staff, SMS, locations.
